Noble Dietary Team

As we await spring with great anticipation, we look forward to more time outdoors and the rebirth of our natural surroundings. Our dietary team has the good fortune to spend most of their days In the picturesque Riga Dining Room, overlooking the lovely Noble Pond which will soon be teeming and buzzing with new life. In March we celebrate National Nutrition Month, and we would like to recognize our dietary staff for serving three well balanced meals 365 days a year, while following vast and varied diet orders and restrictions. We applaud your efforts and appreciate what you do for our Noble community. Your dietary guidance leads the way to promote overall good health for our residents. March is also National Reading Month, and we welcome back, for his 11th year, Keith Moon and his beloved book series which starts in only a few weeks. Please scroll below or visit our website events page to register for his classes or any of the other events we have to offer - and spring into March with us.
