Locally sourced ingredients, quality, choice, and atmosphere are at the top of the menu for Noble’s team of skilled chefs and support staff. Our chefs draw on a combined 50 years of experience in some of the area’s finest restaurant kitchens and pride themselves on offering creative menus that reflect residents’ meal preferences and seasonal selections. In addition to our nutritionist’s oversight of the menu, a resident food committee offers suggestions and feedback on the three daily meals which are served in the Riga Dining Room, the private dining room, or delivered to your room or cottage.

In addition to preparing scrumptious meals, our professional culinary staff offers delectable surprises throughout the year. You will find a delightful array of wines, cheeses and savory hors d’oeuvres at our regularly scheduled art exhibit receptions. Gourmet dining experiences (with live music) mark every holiday of the year, among them Cinco de Mayo, Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day, Veteran’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Summer is animated by the annual lobster fest, barbeques and outdoor terrace dining.
