Independent Senior Living At The COTTAGES
Fifty cottages are situated along the village’s winding roads in a setting that resembles any attractive residential neighborhood in Litchfield County. Village Green cottages are conveniently close to Noble’s hub, Wagner Terrace, while those in Woods End are a nature lover’s delight.
Our one and two-bedroom cottages range in size from 745 to 2,250 square feet. Each includes a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry and has an attached carport. Many have fireplaces, terraces or screened porches. Monthly rent includes maintenance.
Independent Senior Living At The COBBLE
As second option for independent living is the Cobble, with four two-room suites with a kitchenette and private patio, and 11 private rooms with bath. All Cobble suites and rooms offer spectacular views of the ponds and mountains beyond.
The Cobble includes a large, elegantly furnished sunny living room with a piano and television suitable for relaxing, reading, gathering, and entertaining, as well as a fully stocked eat-in kitchen.
With day-to-day housekeeping taken care of by the staff, Cobble residents dine with their friends three times a day in the Riga Dining Room and join cottage residents for lunch out at one of the area’s many restaurants and on frequent shopping trips. Supportive nursing assistance is available if needed.
Intermediate Care at Wagner TERRACE
Semi-Independent Senior Living in Style
Those who can live somewhat independently but may need assistance with mobility, medications, or personal care, find that accommodations in Wagner Terrace meet their needs perfectly.
Wagner Terrace offers spacious private rooms with half bath and views of a courtyard garden or our landscaped grounds. Meals are served in the elegant Riga Dining Room offering water views and glorious vistas of the Berkshire mountains. A full roster of activities organized by the recreation staff is available, including trips to restaurants or points of interest in our handicapped-accessible buses.
Skilled Nursing Care at Riga RESIDENCE
Caring attention - 24 hours a day
Nobles' Riga Residence offers 24-hour nursing care from a professional nursing team working closely with our medical director. Members of the Riga Residence enjoy lots of individual attention and participate in a wide variety of activities including daily exercise programs, gardening, cooking, art classes, games, trips, many held in the Wickman Room, a large and bright common room overlooking flower and vegetable gardens.
Our spacious private rooms with half-bath are carpeted and have large windows overlooking lawns and gardens.
