Noble Horizons offers the gentle practice of Gentle Tai Chi on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30. Gentle Tai Chi involves slow-flowing moving meditation, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Promote relaxation, balance, circulation, and coordination with this weekly class. One-time registration is required.
