Noble Horizons Earns National Recognition with Rare 5-Star Rating For Second Straight Quarter

Salisbury, CT —It can be a difficult and confusing task to assess, compare and understand the nuances of senior living communities. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), a federal agency that administers Medicare and works with state governments to administer Medicaid, awareded Noble Horizons, a senior care,rehabilitation and retirement community in Salisbury, CT, its rare and coveted 5-star rating for the second consecutive quarter.
