“I’ve been here 24 years,” Ken Bathrick says with a smile. “I really like making our residents laugh at one of my silly jokes.”
Right out of school in Pine Plains, NY, Ken took a job at Noble Horizons and realized that he could pursue his certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant with support from Noble’s Employee Scholarship Fund. He studied, learned, passed the tests and gained experience that has helped him refine his considerable ever since.
He finds the people living in Whitridge, where memory support is available, are all different … all unique … and that’s one of the great attractions to working with them. He also enjoys the distinctive community and setting of Noble Horizons. “This is a great place to be – from the rest of the staff to the great surroundings, it’s almost like living in a park.”
