Community members entering Noble Horizons for rehabilitation care will enjoy daily visits from staff managers whose goal is to understand and enhance every aspect of their recovery experience. “With Concierge Care, guests can trust and speak freely with the staff manager visiting them each day,” offers Noble Administrator Bill Pond. “If a concern is identified, we will resolve it immediately and share it at a staff manager’s meeting to ensure that it is not appearing elsewhere in the Noble community. A concern should never become a problem when it is addressed quickly.” Concierge Care managers help guests at Noble Horizons achieve their recovery goals by understanding and respectfully responding to their preferences and needs. “Our guests’ job is to heal; ours is to support that in every way possible,” explains Mr. Pond.
As many who have received care at Noble Horizons know, we are committed to supporting an individual’s recuperation even after their departure. That means Concierge Care implements a smooth transition home with a proactive post-discharge plan that addresses the final stages of recovery at home. For several weeks, our guests can expect regular phone calls and follow up regarding medical appointments, and other elements related to recovery.
