Admissions Information
Admissions INFORMATION
We can't wait to welcome you to Noble LIVING!
Noble Horizons is a nonprofit corporation. Admission to any level of living is based on an applicant's need for our services and facilities. We accept both Medicare and Medicaid (CT ONLY) and our staff will happily walk you through the sometimes complicated process of navigating insurance.
Please note that we do require a 1 week minimum stay at Noble Horizons.
What are the fees?
There are no entrance fees, no lease and no buy-in. Noble Horizons participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Residents pay a monthly fee or daily room rate, clearly defined in the resident agreement.
One of the biggest differentiators between Noble Horizons and other senior living and skilled nursing communities is our flat fee commitment - there are no financial surprises. In fact, the cost to stay at Noble Horizons is less than the regular daily rate for skilled nursing care.
What do I Do To Begin The Application Process for Residential Living?
There is a waiting list for our Independent Living Cottages - please fill out the "Waiting List Application" so you can SECURE your spot! Cottage applicants are notified on a first-come first-served basis.
Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Completed forms can be mailed to:

Noble Living and Family Traditions
My mother, Anne McMahon, was a resident at Noble for 4 years. It is such a wonderful place and as I think about where I would like to live when I no longer want the upkeep of a house, Noble is the first place that comes to mind. I remember that there was quite a long waiting list for the cottages, so I think it might behoove me to add my name now.
Kind regards, Sheila Sawyer
