Free, Private Medicare Part D Enrollment Sessions
On November 9 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm, Noble Horizons will host counselors from the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging (WCAAA) who will offer 30 minute private Medicare Part D enrollments sessions.
During the annual Medicare Open Enrollment period (October 15-December 7, 2018) the Center for Medicaid and Medicare recommends that recipients review their plans. Not only can plans change dramatically from year to year, but individual needs often change as well. The WCAAA experts can help enroll you in the plan that is best for you. General Medicare information is also available.
Please call 860-435-9851, ext. 190 to schedule a private, one-half hour appointment.
Occasionally, events may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other conditions beyond our control. In that case, we will make every effort to update our website and contact registrants.
Official photographs made at the event may include you as a subject and could be used in future editorial and promotional contexts in print and electronic media. Images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the individual. Please notify Noble Horizons staff if you would prefer that your photo not be used.
