Housatonic Camera Club New Works Exhibit
On Friday, January 12 from 5:00-7:00 PM, Noble Horizons will host an opening reception for the Housatonic Camera Club's exhibit of new works.
The Housatonic Camera Club (HCC) includes members from tri-state area communities (Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York) and offers a variety of programs to the general public, including workshops and classes for beginners to experts.
The exhibit will be open weekends 11:00 am- 4:00 pm through February 18. Noble Horizons is located at 17 Cobble Road in Salisbury, CT. More information is available at 860-435-9851.

On October 26 at 1 pm, Noble Horizons and the Salisbury Association will host author and professor Eric D. Lehman who will discuss his new book, "Connecticut Vanguards: Historic Trailblazers and their Legacies.”
Noble Horizons invites the community this weekend from 11-4 to view Babs Perkins’ exhibit of photographs entitled “A Sense of Place: Bosnia, Hercegovina & Serbia Through the Lens.”
On Saturday, October 27 at 2 pm, Noble Horizons will host Douglas Crane, who will present the remarkable story of Crane & Company, the US Treasury’s sole paper supplier since engraver Paul Revere made a precursor to the dollar using paper produced by his compatriot Thomas Crane during the American Revolution.
World War I came to an end on November 11, 1918 and on November 3 at 11 am, Noble Horizons will commemorate this centennial with History Professor Hamish Lutris who will present, “The Lost Generation”.
On November 9 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm, Noble Horizons will host counselors from the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging (WCAAA) who will offer 30 minute private Medicare Part D enrollments sessions.
The Holiday Fair opens in the Wagner Learning Center on November 17 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. It features a wide selection of affordable items for both Thanksgiving and Christmas—from decorations and baked goods to small gifts for everyone on your holiday list.
The holidays are around the corner and Noble Horizons is busy planning the 22nd annual Festival of Trees! Noble Horizons welcomes your entries, and those who wish to enter a holiday exhibit may call 860-435-9851.
Maximizing your Social Security Benefits, a free workshop covering topics important to those nearing retirement or those just retired, will be offered from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Tuesday, November 27 at Noble Horizons. A light lunch will be offered at noon.
