Free "Dinner with a Doc" Diabetes Talk

Noble Horizons invites you to enjoy a complimentary supper while learning What’s New with Diabetes with Endocrinologist Dr. Egils Bogdanovics of Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH). A light dinner will be provided at 6:00 pm; the program begins at 6:30 pm and will run to 7:30 pm program with a question and answer session included.

Diabetes is a serious disease that affects approximately 354,000 people in Connecticut, or 11.3% of the population. Of these, an estimated 93,000 have diabetes but don’t know it. Learn the warning signs, risk factors, latest management strategies, how lifestyle changes may prevent or reverse diabetes, and much more from this informative presentation.

Endocrinologist Egils Bogdanovics, M.D. is certified as a diabetes specialist by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetes & Metabolism.  The CHH Diabetes and Endocrinology team, which includes board certified diabetes specialists, certified diabetes educators, registered dietitians, and social workers, operate an American Diabetes Association recognized program offering a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach to diabetes treatment and disease management.
