A Summer Night of Songs You Love
Pack your picnic basket and treat yourself to a lovely summer evening on July 12th on the Noble grounds followed by a concert of your favorite songs performed by Michael Berkeley and Maria B. Hickey. Between 5:30-6:30 pm, enjoy a casual picnic by the water’s edge or at a table set up just for you (please RSVP). At 6:30 pm, an evening of festive entertainment will begin with Michael Berkeley and Maria Hickey performing America’s greatest show tunes and standards.
Berkeley, who is well-known as the long time artistic and musical director of Tri-Arts Sharon Playhouse, has directed musical theater productions throughout the Northeast, and is an accomplished composer and a founder and musical director of the Region One musical theater program. Maria Hickey has sung professionally for 26 years and is currently the lead singer with The Michael Dell Orchestra. She has performed with big names such as Ira Coleman, Sting’s bass player, and Fred Maxwell who plays the trumpet for Alicia Keys.
