An Important Message - March 19, 2020

Dear Friends,

Thank you for visiting the Noble Horizons website. As you are acutely aware, concerns over the contact and potential spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have become one of our biggest healthcare challenges in many years. Effective March 10, 2020, the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health has mandated a full restriction on all visitors.

Because our highest priority is safety-for you, Noble residents and Noble staff, this policy must now apply to our Outpatient Rehabilitation Center which is now closed. We deeply regret the inconvenience and encourage you to check back for updates. We will post announcements as visitor restrictions are lifted and our programs and services can resume.

Noble Horizons is aligned with the policies of The World Health Organization (WHO), The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), The Centers of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) among other community and local entities. We consult daily with these and other organizations to ensure implementation of the most up to date safety protocols.

Our policy is, and always has been, to participate in best practices to safeguard the health and well-being of Noble residents and all who visit our campus. Please note that all staff are screened daily.

Thank you very much for your understanding and please be well.
